I am 39 years old, married and live in Dunfermline practicing as a Style Coach across Fife and Edinburgh. I am a qualified style coach having gained a professional diploma through the Style Coaching Institute in Ireland. In addition I have over twenty years experience in the beauty and fashion industry – first training as a hairdresser then later as a health and beauty therapist at the prestigious Mary Reid School of Beauty in Edinburgh.

My previous experience has always been in "people" related positions i.e. teaching, staff recruitment, interior design and most recently, fashion retail and buying.
I obtained my professional Style Coaching diploma in 2007 and have Style Coached both male and female clients, giving advice on clothes, style, top to toe grooming, wardrobe de-cluttering and personal development. I also specialise in weight management and make-up application.
I have a passion for motivating people to look and feel great about themselves all of which is reflected in the Style Coaching philosophy of being the very best you can be inside and out every day!

Having successfully completed the diploma course with the Style Coaching Institute, Julie is delighted to be a member of the International Style Coaching Association. Julie has a really warm and friendly personality and has real passion for helping others to look and feel fabulous. Julie has the fantastic bonus of running an Image and Express Fitness Studio in Bromsgrove, Worcester, England. Building on her extensive corporate work and knowledge and experience in confidence coaching and motivation, her aim is to help women of all ages reach their full potential and live life to the full. As a hairstylist and hairdressing tutor I decided that to become a Style Coach would complete my holistic approach and I would be able to offer all disciplines to my clients. Therefore I graduated from the Style Coaching Institute in 2006 and have opened StyleSpace, a luxurious studio in Broadstairs offering hair styling, personal styling and coaching services to men and women. Clients can either come to my studio or, if they prefer, I can visit them in their own home. I am happy to cover most of Kent and work with clients of all ages and stages in their lives.

I believe everyone has the capacity to look good and feel confident. In my work as a business coach and trainer, I have helped many people get promoted, find a new job, develop an authoritative management style or overcome public speaking nerves. I have also helped people who just wanted to look and feel better. Perhaps following a life change, separation or weight loss.
I use a wide range of techniques drawn from Positive Psychology and NLP as well as knowledge about colour and style. I know that the change process is both internal and external and people can tackle it either way. Style coaching is especially powerful because it tackles both angles at the same time.
Clothes and style are a key part of the non-verbal messages you project and affect what people assume about you. Have been passionate about style from childhood, have also worked in Fashion retail and been involved in the organisation of many local Fashion shows.
After many years of being a personal shopper and stylist to many friends and family once I became aware of the Diploma I felt like it was fate that I found it and that it had been wrote especially for me.
Since becoming a Style Coach I have been overwhelmed by the response of women to me and I am so passionate about helping these women become more confident about themselves and enjoying their lives, it is so rewarding. I have always loved style and I am working with ladies now so that they will become to enjoy their style and not feel like it is a chore.

My name is Marie and I currently reside in Ballymena, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. I am a highly successful Weight Watcher class leader and a Style Coaching Institute Trainer.
With my great passion and interest in helping others to look good and feel wonderful as well as my love of style a natural progression for me was to complete my Style Coaching Diploma early 2007. For me helping to motivate others to reach their full potential is so rewarding. I enjoy immensely working on a one to one style coaching clients who in many cases have lost weight and don’t know how to dress their new shape.
I am now also a passionate trainer for the Style Coaching Institute which enables me to fulfil my own personal potential while ensuring that my students learn everything they need to know to become confident and competent Style Coaches. I love to share my wealth of knowledge and experience with others while at the same time coaching students through their own Style Coaching experience on the Tutored Plus course.
During my career I have always found that my clothes and how I present myself has given me great confidence in many situations. I am aware how important that perfect outfit is to someone attending an interview, a special occasion or a difficult meeting. After completing my own Style Coaching Diploma I wanted to pass this knowledge onto as many women as possible. Before my Style Coaching career I spent a large part of my career in the Hotel and Catering Industry managing some of the most prestigious hotels in Northern Ireland and also U.S.A. After a career break I found myself weighing a little heavier than I should be and joined a local Weight Watcher Class. I lost 3 stone and found a great new career; 10 years later I facilitate at eleven classes a week and have over 500 members. I love to help to motivate, encourage and support people to achieve their weight goals and become healthier, fitter and happier people.
Out of my love for people and a great positive attitude I also became involved with the Tony Robbins Corporation. I am presently on the Leadership Mastery programme and now realise that the greatest rewards are when I can support friends, colleagues, clients or students through their challenges and experience them grow to be the best that they can be... I am also the founder and Chairperson of the Tony Robbins Power team in Northern Ireland
